The Questions You Ask Prior To Booking Your Entertainment:

*Do you provide a written agreement?

It's very important to get a written contract. Terms should be clearly defined to avoid future problems. The DJ you meet with should be the one who will be performing at your event.

*Are you insured?

3D Disc Jockeys is fully insured.

*Do you have backup equipment and DJ's?

Even professional audio equipment can fail on occasion, don't let this put an early end to your event. We carry backup equipment for every wedding event.

*Will you dress appropriately at my event?

3D Disc Jockeys wear formal black tuxedos with black ties. It is important that your entertainer looks the part by dressing formal for every event.

*Will you play the music at an appropriate level?

The biggest concern voiced by our prospective clients is the volume level of the music. We understand your guests have not seen each other in quite some time so we keep the music at an appropriate level throughout your event.

*Do you do more than just play music at the event?

Most events involve more than just playing music. It is important to have a DJ who is capable of playing the music, handling all of your formal announcements, and coordinating the highlights of your event.

*What time will my DJ arrive?

Your DJ will arrive at least 45 - 60 minutes prior to the arrival of your guests. We will be set up and playing your music when your guests arrive.

*How far in advance do we need to reserve a date?

Friday and Saturday nights are usually booked 9 - 15 months in advance and sell out fairly quickly. Because we have several DJs, we can usually accommodate your event from six (6) months to one (1) year in advance. We suggest booking your DJ as soon as you reserve your reception hall.

*How much should we tip our DJ?

Any gratuity or tip you wish to pay your DJ is certainly appreciated. The general rule is 10 - 15% based on his overall performance.

*What if I have additional questions?

We have a knowledgeable staff to help you during each step of your planning process. We want to assure your wedding event will be a memorable one! Call us at anytime! We will be happy to assist you.

We provide our clients with the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Our selection of music and our tasteful approach will motivate and create
